Oh I know ... and it sucks balls. If I get a free key for something I already own, I just give it to someone who has it wishlisted.

I see, the idea of punishing everyone to prevent abuse commited by few is popular here. Basically, you are proposing to make an expensive game virtually ungiftable: it hasn't been actually bundled, there wasn't an opportunity to buy it cheap, and who's going to pay a full (and considerable) price to make a GA and get 15% CV?

That's definitely the weird part about it all. It's exploiting free games regardless of what list it's on, however..
I wonder if they simply can't retroactively mark games as free [versus simply deleting them before they end] and they fell behind, and a bunch of exploiters benefited?

You're raising an exception about the fundamentals of how this site is run. Not that I disagree about the rules being punitive towards legit GA creators, rather saying that rules that are actually in force should be applied evenly, and that means if a game gets bundle listed or removed whenever certain conditions are met, then that rule should be applied regardless of who's doing the giveaway.

I got a 3 day suspension when I gave away a key that wasn't related to orlygifts, but they did a giveaway during that time. I must admit that this key was still for free (HRK drop key) but anyways... You can even get suspended for creating a giveaway of a game, that is free somewhere even though you bought or won it somewhere else.

As far as I'm aware you only get suspended for misleading giveaways, and the staff protocol is to simply delete free giveaways, since they can't tell if you in fact were trying to exploit a free game for CV or not, and they give benefit of the doubt whenever possible in such matters.

No, you can get a suspension for misleading giveaway as well, but also for giving away free games. (you can check it out here ) I even sent my key and it was marked as received and the next day I had a 3 day suspension. I also got my CV for it (like 45 cent or whatever).

It is painful to watch so many giveaways of life is feudal because I've wanted a key to actually play and didn't get one while people just entered to gift it. It sucks but I don't think that everyone has to pay because of a couple outlaws.
My suggestion would be for those sites to have some kind of protocol with steam that would automatically activate the key if you won. I know it is impossible due to high amount of "shady" giveaways and such. Doesn't hurt to dream tho

if a game isn't mass available, and requires luck to 'get', then i dont see why it should be blocked.
perhaps like the 90% discount threshold that the site has, sg should also implement a cutoff for mass giveaways on other sites (like 10,000 total or something).. but just because someone won a game elsewhere and gifts it here, is no reason to start adding games to a bundle list just because of sour grapes...

Note, Orly giveaways are already added to the free games list, when quantities of the giveaway are high enough. You can confirm this by checking all the oldest orly giveaways, which are on the free list already. Likewise, I had confirmation of that intent directly from staff, when Orly was a bit newer.
Bundle and free game lists are often delayed- sometimes significantly- in being updated.
The real question isn't the list status, it's why staff has stopped deleting these free game giveaways, as they've done in the past.

Yeah before anyone talks about PANOPTES isn't on the bundle list, did anyone bother to check? According to SGTools it was added five days ago and retroactive to March 2nd.

Why is it even on the bundle list? It shoud be removed from the games list alltogether, it was a free game after all. Same counts for Faeria, I still see giveaways for this popping up frequently.

it's both on the list to reduce the cv to 15%, and removed from ga creation to stop exploiters.
pity they didn't put panoptes back to jan or feb, since everyone from groups farmed it with dev keys.

I can confirm that Orly giveaways are added to the free game list. I had one of my giveaways temporarily removed by SG support about 5 months ago. This was because the game was currently featured in a large Orly giveaway.

I think if SG pay too much on high ranked game giveaway will be community which gift only bundle game which i dont want to go like others. I prefer go to bundle if it mass and should have some min. Required give away will worth to count as bundle or free.

Games that are given away on other sites are added to the bundle list if the number of them given away is large. If it's a considerably excessive quantity then the game is removed from the giveaway list completely.
On the games you have specifically noted Panoptes is on the bundle list, and I'm sure Life is Feudal will be added soon (and will be retroactively set to when the giveaway began).

but I have a question about the people who abuses of this games that are given away on other sites and makes giveways here, for example the guy that made 13 Panoptes giveaways and I suppose is the same who cause this thread, so ¿this people receives some type of "penalty" for their behavior? because they are abusing not only of the other sites and communities that makes giveaways but also of the CV system here.

I do think the situation you described is an issue but I don't think orlygift giveaways are generally big enough to merit adding them to the free list. They're giving away Layers of Fear right now but that's only three copies. If it's a big giveaway like 5 or 10k + copies then heck yeah, free game list regardless of source. No matter what the system is there will be people who will abuse it. While it's not a perfect world, that's what blacklists and reports are for.

Layers should not get removed, because it's a small GA, but LiF was 5000 keys GA. 2-3k keys from gleam are removed from GA list why shouldn't LiF be?

Some people makes multiple Steam accounts to get Orlygift games and after create giveaways for them at SteamGifts. Like this guy one guy who get level 3 just in one week because Penoptes and Life is Feudal not in bundle list. How about to fix it?
