DLC giveaway trouble

Hi everybody,

For my first giveaway i get "Guns of Icarus Online"'s Costume Pack DLC but this one doesn't figure on Steam and in game list when i create a giveaway.

It's a steam key so how should i do please ?

If there's no store listing for it on Steam, you can't create a giveaway for it (in this case, at least).
Apparently that was some sort of limited release DLC that cannot be purchased, so there's no Steam entry for it.
