over clocking gives you better gaming performance but in most cases only a frame or 2 but then again if your over clock your pc and it boost it by say 2-3 you have around 5 fps boost
but most people do not do over clocking with SLI due to heat issues and well it is very little gain to be had and it draws more power and heat and shortens the life of your card if you have them water cooled though then you could try and get every last bit of power out of them
also remember over clocking can kill a card i have that happen once over clocked it ran stable for some time played it a couple days later it started to artifact and random crashes ...and then i was down a gpu for about 2 weeks so think about the chance of things going wrong and if your willing to take the risk and the small chance it could void the warranty just had to say it

They're already pretty best cards as it is, so unless you're one of those enthusiasts that wants to squeeze every bit of power out of their rig then I'd say casual overclocking is not worth it.

yes Watch_Dogs ofcourse I know everyone has troubles with it but still. Far Cry 3 it does 60 but sometimes has to load something and laggs to 50 and it lags then. Other games are fine but just I expected no troubles. Also my set up is: Corsair Dominator Platinum - 16GB RAM
Samsung 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256 -SSD 256 GB
Corsair Hydro Series H100i Perfomance Liquid CPU Cooler
Intel Core i7 4770K / 3.5 GHz - 8 MB cache - Processor
Corsair RM Series RM1000 - Powersupply
WD Black WD1003FZEX - Hard Drive 1TB
eVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Dual Classified ACX - Video kaart SLI
Corsair Graphite Series 760T - Fulltowermodel - Case
ASUS MAXIMUS VII RANGER - Motherboard

Don't bother, you with max pretty much everything with that at 60+fps if you have decent ram and cpu...
Maybe in a couple years if you feel a performance hit with newer games later on...

lol come on, why u are overclocking that beast when u can max out each and everything right now on stock settings ... !!!

Makes no sense, I almost maxed it(Only 2x AA) with a 460/Q6600 with a steady 40+FPS....
Better make sure your parts are not faulty...
