Unless you know who you bought it from, there is very little chance you'll find him. Even if you do, I don't think they'll just refund you.

you bought it from a SG member (via trades?)
or did you won it on SG? cause those are two different things.
if you won it, mark as not received, after you talked to the GA maker...

You are displaying two very sensitive information details on these pictures:

1. your Steam identity, which is different from your username (or at least should be) as it is used as a log in information
2. your email

These two in combination make it much easier for people to hack your account. If I were you I'd cover them up and change my passwords to some really secure ones - Steam and email account being two different ones.

Its ok i find the guy.He is already in my friendlist and he is not a scammer.he bought to others guys too.And fix it quickly :)
