Suggestions about preventing scams

the last few months i have a fellow impersonating me on and off last week its gone bazerk with complaints i get negative feedback people angry at me

the target always seams to be people who are very new to trading or people with few games on their steam account for obvious reasons ofc coz it can al be prevented by a bit of common sence check if a profile from a steamtrades poster is the same as the steam profile you are attempting to trade with

the problem is people dont seam to do that so even aldow i have a warning on top of my post people stil get scammed
i tried closing my trading post completely that only made things worse coz then people get send to my rep paga hoeray for the scammer

my idea let there be some sort of mandotory pop up explaining how to prevent scams one you need to confirm you understand or something

any other ideas are welcome
