I think you can put max 20 creator codes and after that you have "This entry has reached its redemption limit" and you have to wait 2-3 weeks before you can use any more of creator codes.

As Zarddin says, there's a limit in the amount of creators codes you can redeem in a in a certain period of time. When you reach your limit the Redeem Creator Code option will turn dark and you will see a message saying how many days until this option will be available again, in my case it says AVAILABLE in 14 DAYS.

How do I use Borderlands 2/Borderlands Pre-Sequel SHiFT codes?
There are a couple easy ways to redeem Borderlands Shift codes for Golden Keys and other in-game items.
Online: Go to Shift.GearboxSoftware.com and create a free account, or login using your Steam account. Once you link the Shift site to your Steam account, go to the Rewards tab and copy/paste a key to redeem it.
In-game: Go to Main Menu > Extras > Shift Code. Once you're on that menu, you'll see a list of previously redeemed Shift codes. Click the Shift Code button at that bottom of that window, then paste in the 25-digit Shift code. Done!
Borderlands VIP Program Codes
This is a Program set up by Gearbox to reward players who have a vested interest in the community. Go to https://borderlands.com/en-US/vip/ to log on and start earning points!
Do activities such as watch announce trailers, go to the Official Borderlands Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to get points. Redeem those points for rewards which are currently only golden keys for borderlands 1 and 2, and some wallpapers. Skins, heads and possibly weapons will be added at a later date, to be determined.
PLEASE NOTE: Season 1 Rewards WILL BE AVAILABLE during other seasons.
You can redeem the codes by going to borderlands.com -> INSIDERS-> REDEEM CODE.
Note: for the content creator codes, you can only do 4 (four) of them. Also, the creator codes can only be redeemed every 22 days or so.
