... and then spoil your stellar 100% reputation by marking a gift as not received.

And support doesn't answer for 4 days.

Update: So, I emailed the person again before I posted my "vent" above and he replied about a half an hour ago saying this was the first time he got the email. He has changed it to "Gift Received" and once I canceled the support request for a re-roll, it appears to have cleared itself up.

I am going to use the suggestions in this thread, though, and make things hopefully a bit safer in the future.

You say you love it, but then you show frustration towards it. I'm not an expert, but I'm beginning to think this may be sarcasm.

Though I do understand your feelings, I don't think this is a reason to feel insulted, especially when users miss mails due to spam filters. Also, fixing your feedback, since you actually sent the game is not difficult, it just might take some time, so please be patient with us, if this happens again.

When winners contact us, saying that they haven't received a game they won after a week and ask us what to do, first thing we tell them is to re-check their mail and then mark the giveaway as Not Received. That is not only because the gifter might have not sent them their game but also to make the gifter realise that something went wrong, in case they sent it.

Considering this is what we advise winners to do, either because the gifter might have not sent their win or because there was a miscommunication and a Not Received mark will make the gifter realise that and resend it or try to contact them/support (so we can help them resolve this), I don't think you should feel insulted, let alone insult someone who might have just not seen your mail by accident.

A lot of good suggestions in this thread, in case you want to follow them in the future. I will close it, however, because, misunderstanding or not, being unnecessarily hostile towards someone that people can easily track down, is something that should be avoided.
