I think they are trying to tell you that this game will be released on all platforms on the same day it's released on Steam. When will that be? Haha no worry friend - it will be out before Half-Life 3 is.

It's a joke, they say they'll release on Steam at the same time than on other platforms, but not after Half-Life 3 comes out. ;)
