As I'm on VPN, most clients ask me to prove I'm human. Epic is usually fine, I'm getting good at recognizing traffic lights, buses, motorcycles, bridges and hills. Never fish thou haha
Origin is the single client that almost prevents me from logging in hahaha I can never get their CAPTCHA tests right apparently. Very annoying

Weirdest thing that I recently learned which actually made a lot of sense, was the fact the apparently some of the captcha's are being used to train computers. So like those early ones with the text were actual scans from old books that were being digitized and the first word was a known one and the second was a 'learning' one where the AI was learning to recognize the word. Now with the more recent ones it's mostly traffic based things like traffic lights, and vehicles being identified, and that's teaching AI for self driving cars.
So I wonder if even the weird ones like 'find the fish' or other more abstract concepts aren't also teaching AI new tricks. Which of course means the smarter the AI gets, the worse the captchas will get to defeat them, as we've already moved away from text based ones because computers have got so good at text recognition.

Why not? Drones are not only needed in the air, they are also needed underwater to find out the real skin colour of The Little Mermaid. To find her, they really need to able to talk to fish, which implies being able to distinguish them from each other.

I had to distinguish between real horses and horses cut into bushes. That is some skillful gardening!

I haven't had one with Epic yet, but the newest Captcha type I've been getting is rather hilarious. It'll show some animal (usually a frog), at various angles. I need to figure out which one is "right side up". And not just once or twice, but I have to do 5 of them in a row.

Was expecting to see a fish image somewhere. I'm three hours from the beach, and I've seen people catch some truly monstrous sizes; larger than any I've seen in a store.
Interesting that you had to distinguish them, was it by name or "Is this a fish/not a fish?"
I don't use Epic.

Today to get the free Epic games, I had to distinguish between fish.
Did anyone else have to prove their humanity?
