So I got gta 5 digitally on Xbox one but the download is taking so long... It's been like 2 or 3 hours and it's still in 7%. anyone know how to fix this? He'll halo master chief collection was almost 60gbs and it finished in 3 hours. Gta 5 is 49gbs btw

Nothing you can do about it. Somethimes the network will be overloaded. Maybe scriptkiddies are trying to bring xbox live down again.

Yo, I can help I think. If I read this right, you don't have the physical copy. I bought a digital game on Xbox one once. It was slow, so I tried to fix it. Try clearing the RAM (which surprisingly helps download faster somehow.) To clear the RAM, hold in the power button until it shuts off completely. Otherwise, try disconnecting your network from the settings a few times. Hope that helps.

No, he just mean to shutdown you xbox and open it. Not putting it sleep mode. RAM is a temporary memory that will be reseted each time you shutdown your xbox. There is nothing really important on that, do not affect your saves and games. If you want to check more on RAM, here wiki to the rescue: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Random-access_memory

But nothing dangerous with that. But I don't know if this will really fix your problem. But you lose nothing to try.

Um.. yeah you can lol. I played halo master chief collection while it was downloading, but it didn't allow me to play unfinished lvls, same for dying light.

im pretty sure the master chief collection is separate games, that could be why it let u do that, sort of as how Call of Duty main game and Multi player is separate

Maybe it didn't happen with halo cause halo was a disk and this is a digital download

ok.. It's Crossed the line. It's super slow now. It's still 67% and it's been downloading for almost 27 hours. It's getting slower and slower.
