Question about ban.

'I got banned from the SteamGifts Steamgroup chat 3 days ago, because of 'begging'. I got a ban on the website too, but I just got unbanned on it, but not the groupchat. What I want to know is why aren't I unbanned, and if I will get unbanned. Thank you for your time.'
I asked this at support, didn't get a answer yet. Could you guys help me out here? Thanks.

My case is vice versa, I got banned from the chat, and from site at the same time. I recently got unbanned from the site, but not the group. I guess I'll wait for someone to repsond, thanks for the help!
