I don't know, maybe playing it. Game has 14 cards per set that game will drop half of it and each one $0.04 ($0.02 Steam fee), if u sell it on market u get only $0.14 and it's nothing.

Some time ago Valve fixed VPN exploit. You can't just activate keys via VPN anymore, you need to change your country at https://store.steampowered.com/account/change_country/ first.

Used VPNs a few years ago to activate foreign keys for games which got heavily censored in Germany or aren't even available here.

Did you have a 15 days trade ban/restriction after changing the country ?
Are you able to change it after it directly back because you made a mistake or other reasons^^ or did you must wait -when yes, how long as minimum- ?
