then maybe ask on their group page for example? You're much more like to get response from quite small group on their group page than on public forums where 99% of users are not even members of the group in question.

Not to mention there are like thousands of groups that are SG-related - imagine the chaos if everyone would start posting here on public forum instead of posting in groups.
