One can't really see anything from the games video both because it's so dark. and because the gun's muzzle flair is so large.

Makes sense to me. They are trying to get it Greenlit. What better way than to allow you to actually play the game so you can review it properly? This seems like a much more honest approach to me and a more valid way to get accurate reviews rather than getting positive reviews for a POS game just because they were promised free Steam keys.
