Correct me if I'm wrong, but Men of War is a $5+ bundle game while the DLC can be achieved for just $1

It's not silly at all, it's very smart actually! It'll make more people buy the $5 bundle because they'll think "Hey, I have a DLC pack for MoW, why not buy the $5 bundle, it seems really nice!"

its on the new be mine. Even for 1$ purchases... but you need a 5$ purchase to get the actual game. So a lot of people have no use for it.

I'd bet most are gifting to farm contributor value.
Pay $1 on Groupee BMA bundle, and gift on steamgifts, get $20 contributor value.
Just like happens with Shadow Harvest.

It will be added to the bundle list, this is stated everytime something new is added to a bundle and people get bent out of shape.

Crazy Machines was a bundle game. Not an Indie Gala Bundle or Groupees but it was still a bundle in the Indie Gala store and it wasn't counted. It might be the case with MOST games but in some cases when people are 'bent out of shape' they have a reason.

As mentioned above, it's not an official bundle.

Should the Bethesda Bundle from GamersGate be added? What about all the publisher packs on Steam as they're technically "a bundle of games"?

No it should because it wasn't Pay What You Want ($1 minimum. It was a set price and indie gala bundles aren't, they have the same principles as other bundles which are capped.

Lol arguing with you because you disagreed with me and I explained myself. Funny enough this is a forum where people reply to each other, communicate, ETC. I explained my views and at no point did i argue with you. I have a solid point and you've obviously realized that.
If i wanted to contact support i would have already, I don't need to be whined at by someone who has been here a year and contributed just over $30. The reason you aren't bent out of shape is because you don't have a high contributor score so it doesn't affect you when people exploit and high contributors up their giveaway minimums to weed out all the exploiters (which is what happens).
As i've said before, you will never be one of those who gets bent out of shape because you lose nothing when it happens, other people do.

Yes, they will date it from either the beginning of today or the beginning of the bundle to ensure no one is able to do cheat the system.
