I really suggest stop gifting "free shit" if you can only reply with you think the key would have worked, and therefor have more then a handful of games not marked received, even tumblestone is a demo (and still marked received).
If you get too many of them, you lose your slots, rightfully so.
It won't level you, atleast how it should be (bunch of free games slip through especially since that list isn't maintained retroactively).

Create a ticket in the "Other" category and ask for more giveaway slots. You might have to explain why you lost them in the first place. You lost them, because you did not hand out quite some games to winners from previous draws. You lost a giveaway slot every time. So maybe give an explanation why you did not deliver those gifts.

If it's not obvious from the other comments, you lose a slot for undelivered keys (i.e. marked as 'Not Received' by the winner). You have to provide the key for the game the giveaway is for - that's how the system determines that you have given what you agreed to AND that the winner has activated the win on their account.
