I mean something like Far Cry 3 (CD Key can be used to add the game on UPlay)
For Ubisoft games, you'll not get the complete game if you activate it on Uplay, rather the key you get from steam will still require you to use your steam copy to actually play the game. So don't try to give away your Uplay keys from steam games. You and whoever gets the key will just end up with unplayable games.

Is there a website or a tool that checks your Steam collection and let you know if you have any game with a CD Key you can use on Uplay or GOG to redeem the game, or using a conversion tool?
I mean something like Far Cry 3 (CD Key can be used to add the game on UPlay) or The Witcher 1-2 (CD Keys can be used on GOG to get the game).
I'm quite sure I've seen a website that did something like this, but I don't recall the name.
