There is, but I don't know exactly how to access it. I've seen users screenshot the graphs before and I assume it's somewhere under here: http://www.steamgifts.com/stats/community but might not be viewable to standard members.
For instance look at the Steam Game Release graphs, it looks like that but with more useful stats obviously.

4 lvl is a good level to be. Second only to 5th. And 6th... 7th? Ya know where it is going. Yes.
As for your questions.
Mainly for personal enjoyment. Fun is the giving part and unfun cost of it. Puzzle and events. And maybe random adding to others topics. Yes. I do pay attention to it. I do. Yes.

I'm curious as to your motivations - what compels you to give away games? Why do you do it? What aspect of it do you find fun/unfun? What are your favourite ways of doing GAs? Do you pay attention to cv and levels or not? Are you happy when you reach next level, do you even care about that? I would appreciate you all sharing your thoughts on this.
I found this site, while looking for free games. And within less than 24 hours I won a "Legit" key.
That was pretty much all it took. I couldn't believe such a place existed. Yet it did and it was real.
I had just started buying bundles, and I wasn't activating every key because some of them I didn't want. I try to only install things that at some point I will actually play. Because of that, I have lots left over.
Anyways, the fun parts for me are mostly the community. I love doing trains of different sorts, but I think I'm about to change that. Typically puzzle trains, but I have a new idea so, I'm gonna start running with that.
What's not fun? People who are so self centered that they think the site should revolve around them. People who insult other users and then cal the rest of us jerks for blacklisting them.
I DO pay attention to CV... mostly because it's a marker of how much I've given away.

Why I do it? It's fun seeing people happy :) plus what am i gonna do with all the spare keys anyways?
I do pay attention to CV, but in the long run, I care about giving people games. The level up is a bonus.
Yes, I am very happy when I reach the next level. But that is not my ultimate goal for doing GAs.

Congrats, LadyNarayan! If I buy a cheap game I want, I'll usually buy more copies to give away or in the case of the Witcher, games I've won but didn't play yet lol. I feel bad about not playing it yet, and that's my way of saying sorry.

I generally make giveaway because it is something to do, like baking cookies. If someone receiving a game gets some sort of happiness, it's a bonus, like when they enjoy my cookies. I rarely pay close attention to CV though this Summer I did notice when it dropped me a level when the bundle database was updated with some old deals.
Anyway, you're doing great just like you are, Level 4 after only half a year and a positive voice in the forums. Keep up the good work. :-)

Why do you do it? Can't stop entering -> should not stop giving.
What aspect of it do you find fun/unfun? Managing the keys is absolutely not fun, but this is not related to giveaways. Fun: personalized comments and pictures

Congratz, and you shouldn't think that you're a charity case because you have less money to buy game. Not everybody can afford to buy games to give away, but whatever you give is already nice enough. You GIVING games to peoples, it doesn't matter what the games are, it's awesome that you do it at all:)
Congratz on level 4, and BTW levels are overrated I think, of course it's nice to be able to enter GA of higher levels with better odds, but it's not that important in itself. So I don't think you have to worry about it, you should be proud that you even give anything, there are a lot of people on this site who win games and haven't even given a single thing...
