I'm not sure, if you are aware of this issue, but in this particular instance SGTools shows as wins not activated games, that either have not been won at all (1st) or have been marked as not received (2nd) (info from a mod responding to my report), both of which do not show on the list of games won by the player in question. You were right! I did not see the option to set it to private so I closed steam to update it to the latest version. For some reason Shatter was set to private. I changed that and now everything is fine. Thanks for your help! :)

I activated DuckTales Remastered but the rules checker says I don't.

I can't see the game in your owned games either, check that you didn't hide it.
Forcing a resync will do nothing in this case, as the forced resync just clears your cache and checks your won games from steamgifts and that has not changed

Game should be correctly reported by Steam Api because steamdb has statistics on player count for that game, yet your account doesn't report the game as owned.
Can you double check that is not set to private and that you actually own the game with the same name (there are 18+ similar games)? There's only one steam appid for that game so it should be exactly the one that is reported in the giveaway.

The option only seems to appear in the steam client when you are in the steam client beta.

I found something strange about deleting / make private games from deleted giveaways :

It's weird, it seems not all games were flagged by SG Tools. Like for example, I won Weird Japan here, and also Make a word. Both got removed but only Weird Japan gets flagged by SG Tools. I have no idea what the difference is.

Whoa, Steam says the game is activated in April 2021, but I now understand why I was suspected. It was a paid game, and when I started deleting the lists of free games, I deleted this one because it became free.

I'm unable to login to the website via Steam. I've tried different broswers, allowing cookies, etc. No luck at all. Anytime I login, the page just refreshes back to needing to login or it will take me back to sgtools where I'm still not logged in. Basically an endless loop of asking me to login, I login, but still not logged in.

Steamgifts added it to the free list as a free game since 2021-07-14 (I would guess by mistake) and then removed it.
SGTools doesn't currently handle the removal of games on the free list automatically, so it stayed there. I manually removed the entry from it

If it's a revoked game, you have to talk to steamgifts' support for them to delete the actual giveaway and once that is done, force a resync on sgtools (not a normal resync, a forced one, you will see the link after a normal resync)

The problem is that SG teams say it can take couple of month for them to delete the giveaway, and told me to ask you to contact.
The fact is that the game has been DELETED from steam and revoked to everyone. I'm not the only user who got it removed from my account. And the fact that SG tools trigger a unactived game on my account prevent me from joining some groups (even if I already explained why to the admin), so it could help me if you fix it please..

Hi folks. I routinely use the SGTools checkers after giveaways before I send along game keys, and recently one user turned up with a whopping 19 games reported as not activated. I also routinely spot-check the results to be sure, and in this case the first three games I looked at were properly in the user's Steam account, visible without any monkeyshines. I opened a support ticket to see if they had any record of suspensions that needed to be served or games not activated, and they reported - super quickly, thank you Support! - that their tools showed the user in good standing with no infractions. They didn't speculate about the SGTools results.
I thought I'd follow up on it here, but I don't want to go tossing around identities in public - happy to help debug via email or Steam chat, out of public view.

That sounds like a case of reusing a username on steamgifts after another user deleted his account. SGTools still links that username to the other steam profile and not the new one, as it was not posible to delete your steamgifts account when SGTools was still on active development.

The tool reports that I didn't activate "3DMark 11". I have won and activated 3DMark but seem like there is a version issue.

I raise the issue to the SG support and they believe the report from SGTools is a false positive, as I did actually activate the game I won, there seems to be just a versioning issue as the 3DMark 11 itself is removed from the Steam store. Maybe you can update the SGTools database to reflect this? Is it possible to solve this manual? I can also provide the screenshot of activation event etc.
