The usually pull through, last time I bought Hitman: Absolution it took 2-3 hours to get both keys (it included Sniper Challenge.) With my huge backlog though, I'm not sure it's worth the potential hassle of a wait time and correspondence.

Not cheap at all. You can get it with the pre-release bonuses (Mechromancer DLC) for $15 / £9.66.
