"The Amazons DLC arrives in September and will be FREE with Total War Access. To claim this offer, you’ll need to link your Access and Epic Games Store accounts which you can do now if you like! To link your account, follow these steps:

Log in to your Total War Access account
Click on My Account in the upper navigation bar
Click on the Epic Connect logo and log in with your Epic account credentials
Grant permission to connect Access to your Epic account
“Account Connected” will be displayed in My Account screen
When Amazons DLC is available, follow instructions from the in-game menu to claim"

Can't speak for SyFairy, but I bought quite a few games there already during those mega sales. The prices are just better than on Steam in so many cases. I miss out on some ciommunity features, sure. But in the end it's about the game for me. And if the game is cheaper (or only available) on Epic, then it just makes sense to buy there.

Amazons is a DLC for A Total War Saga: TROY that will also come out in September 2020.

What if I wait until September to link my account? If you’d rather wait, not to worry – you will be able to link your account at launch of the Amazons DLC and even during the promotion (exact start/end dates TBC).

If we just have our epic and total war accounts linked we will get the dlc? I have that part done however when I go through the amazons link and click register it never works. It keeps telling me my user name already exists or typed it incorrectly and this is whether I'm already signed in to epic or not.

Probably regional pricing + coupon. I was few cents away to get it for like $3. I got it for like $10 in my own currency. Which was 77 Turkish Liras Later it was arrenged now it is around $40.
