I don't see your situation. If you are a beginner at LoL, you'd better avoid those champions since they are hard to handle.
If I have to choose between only 2, I'll pick Ekko. Elise has good CCs and blink skills but she requires to be highly cooperative with teammates.

I'd say those are two vastly different champions and it really depends on your playstyle. Also, having included a poll would've made your life easier :D
