can it be that some games don't have cards anymore?
i just checked "Balloon Blowout" , "Bayla Bunny" and a lot other games and in steam it doesnt says that this games have cards.
so games still have the cards icon on steam.
is it possible that they have disabled the cards in this games?
EDIT: it could be a bug in the store pages of this games, i just redeemed the "Balloon Blowout" and it says that i can get cards from it.

there is a lots of games which dont have cards anymore, and if u try to contact developers or steamsupport - thy or ignore u or redirect
i try to find answer and just get banned and lots of ignore on support
forget about cards if game dont drop them

It's not an error. It does have cards! As I wrote to another comment:
It's up to the developer to update their Steam Store page, and sometimes they just forget to do that. Heck there are even games who don't have it marked and they have had cards for months.
If you click on the ❤'s in the chart, you'll open the links to steamcardexchange showing the following game you clicked on and what the badges, emoticons and backgrounds look like. That site is always correct.

if you don't mind selling the cards 1$/28 = 0.035$ each, each game probably gives atleast 10 cents on cards, so imo its worth it :)
If you dont want shovelware in your account, no, i dont think there's a playable game there, its like some mini games on those old flash websites, but on steam..

For reference, I sold all of the cards from these games for a grand total of $2.65 when the bundle first came out last year (no foils, all for cheapest market prices). Of course card prices may have changed since then but I'm guessing it won't be by much, if at all.

You can sell them on the community market. Clicking on "sell an item" will open your inventory and you can pick the cards you want to sell. You can read more about Steam trading cards in this comprehensive FAQ.
