Gift won keys, legit?

Nope.

You would be breaking a rule by giving it away, and so would they.

It comes under "Don't give away games you win". All won games must be redeemed on the winner's account.

You must activate all winnings, period.

This is definitely against the spirit of the site and against the rules too.

Please only enter giveaways that are of games you actually intend to play and enjoy. If your friends or relatives want to try for it, have them join the site.

I guess it's not a big deal, you won the key it's yours, you can do whatever you want with it either a gifting it to someone or reedeming it via steam

The FAQ says you gotta use the key for yourself.

FAQ also says "Winnings must be redeemed on the winning account."

wait, what? you even quote the rules 'dont give away games you win', but you immediately write after, that you think you CAN give your game away to a "friend or relative"?
