Daily Royale's Cognition Deal -- Worth It?

Have you not got a permanant discount on the remaining episodes on Steam? I did for a while, don't know if they've stopped it.

Whilst Steam won't sell you individual episodes they will (or at least did) give you credit for what you already owned. Any discount in sales were then stacked on top of that for a double discount. I got the season pass in the halloween sale for something like 92% off - 75% off because I already had 3 episodes and the rest because it was on sale as well.

I've actually only played episode 1 so far and enjoyed it. I don't know if the rest is any good so wouldn't be able to give much advice on whether it was worth it.

You might still be able to find certain key stores selling the individual episodes. I got episode 3 form ShinyLoot for $1 in their launch sale - I've seen getgamesgo selling keys individually too, maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago although not that cheap.

Amazon and the dev's website has the separate episodes, but as the prices stand right now, you're going to pay more for 3+4 than the whole season pass on Daily Royale. Thing is, I have a feeling it's going to end up in a flash sale or daily deal at some point, just not sure if it will be about the same as Daily Royale or lower.

I'd say buy the deal if you plan on playing right now. If you don't, then wait and see what Steam does.

I'd wait. Can't imagine a lot of people are going to pay full price when they own half the game. At some point it makes economic sense to drop the price dramatically.
