i used the last $1 coin i had to buy the "doodle" games they have in a build a bundle at the moment. I pre-ordered this bundle because i have I can't Escape: Darkness on my steam wishlist, and this is cheaper than it's ever been on Steam.

This one sucked me in with "I Can't Escape Darkness."
Don't really care for the rest (and I doubt they'll surprise us with something amazing).

Last hour to pre-order.

Pheew, I'm happy I didn't pre-order! Not worth the money for me (though ICE: Darkness does look rather fine, might keep an eye on future discounts):)

I feel like Groupees is just trolling those of us who bought the Be Mine package. There was a while where they weren't doing much of anything, but this is like 3 bundles in 3 weeks, without a Be Mine to be found.

EDIT: just checked on the details to see if I might be able to file a PayPal dispute. I'm not sure. I paid on March 12th, and PayPal says I have until September 8th to file a dispute. So that's fine. The problem is that what I purchased was this:

...every Be Mine Bundle to be released over the next 12 months (minimum of 10 Be Mine Bundles).

Until the 12 months elapses, I'm not so sure PayPal is going to be inclined to give a refund. I probably wouldn't, if I were them. I'd say "uh...they have 12 months to deliver the product(s) to you, sir -- why are you reporting a problem after 5-6 months?"

Of course, by the time the 12 month timeframe elapses, the dispute period will have ended. So it's an interesting situation. All I know for sure is that I am not giving Groupees any more money.

By Groupees standards, this one isn't too shabby actually. 3+ unbundled games with > 90% ratings is a small miracle.

The original 3 confirmed games all look good and I might even play them, so I'm satisfied with my purchase. Dyna Bomb and Mars 2030 look like filler though so that's a little disappointing.

What's interesting is Dyna Bomb used to be published by OtakuMaker, but it's now self published by the dev. It's even in one of the OtakuMaker Studio packs, lol.

Wound up keeping all three reveals and Dyna Bomb; quite pleased!

I shouldn't have skipped it I guess, I want Dyna Bomb, maybe I can get it from a trade or something.

This is not a bad Groupees bundle, I got 4 shiny new games to play at my own leisure and I've bought an extra pre-order bundle to gift.

4 out of 5 were wishlisted for me, and the last one I can trade or give away, plus there's that coin thing I can maybe do something with at some point..
