I find the transition from a totally logical explanation of how electronic devices work to the question about our (bizarre) believes quite abrupt. Those two things are not connected at all...

I think what you're describing is known as the work of Gremlins actually.
Although it kinda feels like social media debate on guns or climate change, actually. Where someone is just aimlessly rambling trying to connect things that don't make sense to justify their beliefs.

This being said, I know for a fact that there are planets in our solar system that are inhabited by puppies who have humans as pets.

Well, when it comes to dumb beliefs I have to keep reminding myself that dreams are nothing but my brain testing bizarre scenarios to express whatever is currently worrying me and that prophetic dreams are just BS invented by people that still think that the universe itself has a will instead of just accepting that it is an uncaring thing that exists because it does and that's it.

I've known about the smoke for a long time, but I never knew it was blue.
