Are the codes for the Square-Enix Steam games available as single codes for each game or one code for each tier?

This kind of question usually gets buried there, I've asked similar questions and have gotten no or very unreliable responses considering most people want to debate whether it is a "good" or "bad" bundle.

Please only reply if you bought THIS bundle. I have bought previous bundles and sometimes they are bundled, so I know they can come either way. This question is for the SQUARE ENIX HUMBLE BUNDLE only. Thanks in advance for your responses.
