I'm sorry, this is not really new, so many of you probably already know that.

But I didn't until very recently, so maybe some of you are in the same case.

You probably all heard about Recettear , an iconic RPG/shopkeeping game, with awesome characters, and very nice gameplay.

Well, long story short. Dev annouced a HD remaster bound to be released in 2025 . More details here .

I don't know about you, but I'm really excited about this news

Obligatory giveaway behind a sgtools lock here (game is Legend of Keepers: Career of a Dungeon Manager , level 3, ends on sunday 13th)

that has been my steam profile description for almost 15 years. nice game and the management isn't overwhelming/taxing unlike what most other management games do

I've been excited about this since I saw some talking about how much they loved the original (It was announced around the same time iirc)

Hadn't heard! That's interesting news. My husband has always thought I'd like that game. An HD version sounds promising.

having played(and thoroughly enjoyed) it once, attempted to replay on my account some time later and couldn't get back into it not overly excited about it, glad its happening though, giving older games that new coat of paint to make them more enjoyable in the modern times is always a good thing.

That's new to me. Guess it's cool if you haven't played it yet, but the update looks pretty minor.

I enjoyed moonlighter, well enough, so cautiously optimistic about this one. But i've heard it's dungeon experience is extremely bland with most of its mechanics focused on the shop.
Well, we'll see, I suppose.

The original suffers from so many issues on newer systems. This is a very welcome remake. Capitalism, ho!

Oh, I remember seeing the original pop up in my discovery queue once or twice. Never tried it out myself, but I'm eggsited to hear about the remaster!
