Creating a second account here would be breaking the rules. May I suggest you (re-)read them: https://www.steamgifts.com/about/faq

I mean i did say i dont wanna create another account, and it probably wouldnt allow me due to the game value requirement right? But would i be breaking any rules if i created a giveaway and gifted it from different STEAM account, not different steam gifts account

As far as I know - no.
But, the winner might see it as suspicious.

Hello, i have this steam(and steamgifts) account because its my main account, but i use another steam account to play Counter Strike and i have a starbound gift copy on that account. I dont want to create another steamgifts account for that steam(nor i think i have enough game value there to do so), but would it be possible for me to create a starbound giveaway from this account and gift it from the other one? Or would that be breaking some site rules? Or is it only possible to gift games using keys here?
Anyways thanks in advance for any answers
