Just a hint: if I were you I wouldn't change the feedback to "not received". This would be "Misuse of giveaway feedback" and support suspends permanently for that.

Refining the hint: if you click again on Received, it simply gets unmarked (it works with Not received too).

Assuming OP might have made another mistake and received all his wins - would unmarking the received not also be "misuse of giveaway feedback", since a perfectly fine key/gift, whatever it's been, has been received?

I already thought about contacting with giveaway creator and sending to him both cd-keys (i don't know which i was used) but that second giveaway from 2013 hasn't any key, i think that was before this new system with predefined key.
Ah, whatever. I was suspended both times for this (just because i check site not every day), and this is just silly to be punished again, And looks like for ever.

You're not being punished, punishment is intentional application of a penalty in response to an offense; this is just the outcome of your own actions, which you can learn from moving forward.
If either GA creator is still active, you can try contacting them to offer additional keys/etc to try and convince them to delete their respective giveaway.

Unmarked indicates the user was unavailable to receive, or refused the gift. It allows the GA creator to request a reroll with only providing a screenshot of their attempt to contact the user, nothing else.
Not Received indicates an issue with the key, and the GA creator will have to provide a screenshot indicating the user refused the gift (to prevent a GA creator from just manipulating someone they don't want to get the game from getting it).
In other words, Unmarked is less stress on the GA creator, if you actually don't want the game. From my perspective, it's also a more accurate assignment, since you actually did receive the game.
But, it's a bit irrelevant by this point- either setting will work just as well, now, the most important thing is to contact site support about the matter.

I had a dude win two copies of a game off me a few days apart and mark one "not received" like a dick and I didn't notice at the time.
When I eventually saw it about a year later I contacted support and they suspended him, he swore the key was unused so the solution was to have the original giveaway deleted, and for me to create a new giveaway for it, with the promise that he'd provide a fresh copy if the key was invalid after that long. I think he still got a suspension for like, 3 days, but his account is clear now.
So yeah, I'd suggest putting a ticket in and seeing if they want to help, they might not even suspend you given you haven't ticked "not received" and you're reporting yourself.

You do not do anything with the unredeemed key, and notify the creator to ask for a re-roll. Maybe their ticket got stuck in the huge amount of pending support tickets, if they read your message. You should not have marked the second giveaway as received, but since you have, your only option is to wait for the GA to get re-rolled.

the good thing is both GA creators are still active, problem is those giveaways have multiple copies and deleting them can only be done by cg.
i don't think they will agree on rerolling, it's a waste of time for the creator and most of the entries probably have the game or aren't active on sg any more.
you could try and contact both guys and offer something else if they allow your entry to be deleted. just remember only the admin can do it, so it will take a lot of time.

Just discovered sgtools giveraways (slowpoke here, yes) and looks like i can't enter any giveaways because of this rule of "Multiple wins". My account shows 2 games with multiple (2) wins, BUT, in both of this cases i wrote to second giveaway, asking for re-roll. So, i didn't get second key, but still have this mark.
Is there any way to fix this? It's really annoying.
