Won a GA but gift link was already used. What he is saying...

"Still no word from Humble Bundle. Gift links from Humble Bundle got messed up and the other guy got both games. If Support doesn't decide to give me extra key to give away, I'm gonna have to delete giveaway. I'm really sorry about all this, but it really isn't my fault. I sent right gift links to both of you guys and they gave different games."

What will happen in the situation that he does not get the extra key? I have not marked anything yet as it is still within the 7 days.

In that case, you mark Not Received and continue with your life.

And they won't give him an extra key just because he asks for one.

This site won't really give a damn. Mistakes happen, he won't be punished for it beyond a Not Received. The group, it depends on the rules. If it has a required ratio that he isn't meeting without that giveaway, then he has problems.

Okay good, I would hate for him to get suspended or anything over this, as the rules state that they must not be suspended and not break any rules.
