I don't know. Some of those games have bad reviews, and some of them have been bundled before, and a few of them are sequels to games I never played, and a bunch of them are from genres I don't like, and at least one of them was free on Epic. If you buy the Double Fine bundle, the Humble Choice bundle will show as €0. You will be automatically subscribed, but you can cancel immediately afterwards so you don't have to buy/pay for the next month. You'll keep this month's bundle then.

I don't think so, if this month selections interests you i really suggest you buy the Double Fine bundle, Grim Fandango, Day of the Tentalce and Full Throttle are more than worth it plus so many other good games like Massive Chalice and the Humble Choice on top of it all for free, but yeah next month it will be full price.

yes is possible, only problem is againts their ToS, if you want to do that my tips is with new payments, or they will ban you if they "know" the worst "maybe permanent ban"

How would they tell the diff between regular n gift card? I think only the CC companies can but either than that its all numerical according to that CC company's standards ie. Visa usually starts at 4500 etcc and mastercard 4466 etc..

Hello guys, is there someone who knows why HB wants my phone number for order verification? I'd like to buy Double Fine Bundle. I wasn't their customer before. I've made a new account there and tried purchasing via PayPal, once with the money in paypal's wallet, second time with attached debit card to it. Result is still the same. When i give them my phone number and send back given authentication code, they always cancel my order before 24 hours are up. Only thing i can think of is that i'm from european country and trying to buy the bundle using vpn. For now i cannot pay with euros but i have some dollars to spare. Could it be the reason? Any help would be much appreciated.

Essentially they find your account suspicious. You can try something from another VPN, another phone number, another Paypal. But I think if the phone number is initially fine and only cancelled later, it isn't the phone number that gets you thrown out through a manual check.
Are you using a public free proxy/VPN that many people would use? That could be the issue.
I believe you would only need to VPN once to set a billing country on the HB site, for example to a USA state that does not have taxes for these payments. After that, you can likely do the actual checkout without VPN.
Also, you mean dollars on your debit card? Because I don't think it will use dollars on your Paypal.

Yeah, I did this. Bought the bundle with a new account using a vpn to USA (NJ), since RAD is not available in my country. So I got the whole Double Fine bundle, and the 12 games in choice for just 9 bucks. Nice.
ALSO: I saw that new accounts also have a coupon that discounts the premium plan subscription to 12 dollars for 12 months, didn't and can't use that because of my free coupon I've got on the bundle so ye.

If you are absolutely new and have never bought monthly ever - including before it changed to Choice - , the Double Fine Bundle which costs $9 usd (must buy highest tier), currently gives one free month of Humble Choice which is even better than paying $12 for it upfront. Otherwise, I'm not sure if there is a $12 promo still going on, there was one a few? weeks ago. Edit: See comment above about the $12 promo
Afterwards, you can easily cancel your subscription in your HB account under "My subscription" > Manage your subscription (at the bottom) > Cancel subscription. Of course, you can also delete the payment option in both humble and paypal afterwards if you want to be safe.

To add to the very informative answer you already received, if you indeed mean funds already on Paypal, I think it will only work via a credit card or such attached to your Paypal account, since it is a subscription after all.
The vast majority of other bundles have a Tier 3 coupon for a first free month of HB Choice. Usually a better deal to do that than just paying $12. Double Fine is just the cheapest at $9.

I canceled mine last month, and apparently, I can still subscribe for CA$12.49 / month until Jan 1st, 2021. That is half the original premium price. It is even cheaper than the yearly subscription (CA$18.83)

I do not have any data, but maybe lots of ppl are canceling/pausing their subscription. So this is their way of getting them back to giving them money. Half the original bundle price is still better than nothing at all.
I am worrying that the bundle quality won’t be as good as in previous months, considering both HB and devs will get less money. Only time will tell.

So, this is my first time with Choice / Monthly.

When I go to pause I am not getting the coupon either as far as I can tell. I get if you pause now you lose blah blah message and then stay subbed or pause on last screen. Should the 4% coupon have come before that if they offered it.
