Well, not really. You can come back from a permanent suspension. This means konrads is completely, unrevokably gone from here. Perma-suspension is serving life, ban is just straight-up death sentence.

Not actually. A suspension is temporary [even if indefinite], eg "Mike was suspended from school" and "Activities were suspended for the week".
It's the same premise as 'being suspended mid-air', 'cryogenic suspension', or 'a suspenseful episode of Game of Throne'.
suspension is always related to a halting motion which is assumed to be temporary.
A ban is a strict, formal, or official cessation or denial or forbidding. It's not related to change, but to a firm prohibition / barring of access.
eg, 'Mike was banned from ever stepping on school grounds again after his latest suspension", "You will be banned from working in this industry ever again", "Vegetarians have a self-imposed ban on eating meat products."
As elsewhere, sg makes a firm distinction between the two- basically [as Konrads proved repeatedly in the past, coming back from multiple perma suspensions] you can presumably always come back from a Permanent an Indefinite suspension. If they're tired of your shit, or you abuse support, it can lead to a full-on [actually (theoretically) permanent] ban.

OP is meaning an actual ban on cg can issue. As in, where they cannot even access the support system to send an appeal tickets.

Well first one I've seen yes. Must have happened since yesterday. I took him off my blacklist yesterday because he is permanently suspended and added a tag and I'm 100% certain it said permanently suspended back then.

What has this Konrad done? I know he was a bad guy, an infamous one, but I missed his actions. Was he a regifter or had impolite behaviour? I'm just curious because I saw multiply posts about how bad is him, but I have no clue. (Forunately I guess... :))

He was a generic "village idiot" type. Usually focused on getting as much money out of games and giveaways as possible. He had an event with some homophobic comments that was probably his most known and probably only straight-up rule-breaking activity on the forum, plus some smaller rule-breakings related to giveaways.
Until he kinda admitted he had two accounts running, that is.
(Although it would be a bit… poetic and slightly sad if it turns out he really has a brother using the same PC.)

Well, I still maintain that he was a lot more harmless than most people describe him. Apart from that gay marriage thread, he wasn't really hateful or toxic. He was just treading through his life, mostly looking out for himself, and having fun on how many people attacked him (sometimes, to be frank, without reason). Not a good person, not a good example in any way, but I have seen much worse users. (Heck, I just met a kind individual from my favourite region, who, after he won a game from me, demanded it, accused me instantly of fake giveaways, and admitted that he doesn't want that "shitty" game. It was charming.)

I can't remember my first time seeing a banned member.
It was either Keeper or some random dude who won my giveaway and activated it in his real account, which was also linked to SG
After that, maybe that one user, who had 2 accounts but was actually banned for marking all his wins has not received (he had some anger issues)

Konrads used auto-join scripts. He did not care about what he won, as long as he won it, and that would include these really cheap indies that people only get for card farming.
