Nexus 7. I have one and it's amazing. Plus by doing a quick search, it seems that most comparative reviews side with Google's tablet.

7" fits in your hand perfectly. Anything much bigger, including 10", doesn't. My dad recently got a Nexus 7 and I can't believe that there were ever 10" tablets considering how perfectly the 7" fits in your hand.

I have trouble with 7" tablets because I have huge hands. I have an Asus Infinity and it fits my hand better.
