Jesus man, if you want help with your question use some punctuation, it's hard to understand what you are saying. Now FO3 is a rather light RPG, long before the endgame you'll pretty much have maxed all your stats, so you shouldn't worry about where to add points to so much.

hi
since its hallowenn sale on steam i wanted to buy fallout 3 since alot of friends recommend it ,but i remember seeing it at the place of my friend and i saw SPECIAL system and all this numbers and steam :) was coming out from the brain distrubing points in deep RPG system has always kept me out of as i dont know what to do i want to add point to all as they are all good which end in me failing miserably so anyone know how this thing work as i really want to get into this genre???
