Selling cards, but not showing on the market?

Anyone else have this issue? Only one of the cards I've put on the market has actually showed up on the market. It sold right away, and I'd like to cash in while the cash is flowing...

Steam as a whole is a madhouse at the moment, I wouldn't be surprised if some things weren't displaying correctly. Maybe wait 2 or 3 hours for the initial "OMG SUMMAR SAYL" rush to die down.

It does this every time when under heavy load (and occasionally when not)

Pissing me off since people are paying through the nose for stuff which will be worthless in a few days, but I guess if everyone was actually getting their listings on then the price would be lower anyway...

I think that means you have listed, but it's not removed from your inventory, I've had it a few times. Of course "listed" means "Not actually listed" right now :(
