Alien Isolation bought on Gamersgate = region locked

So i didn't know SEGA do region locks with CD keys (i thought they are Global) ... i did stupid thing buying this game before checking.
So why this topic. This topic is about me buying game from Gamersgate and i can't use it non region locked country, also Gamersgate is not a Russian store, right?
So i am not sure what to do with this, should i do GA and if i do what region should i use in GA?

Contact GamersGate support ASAP. They never warn about region locked games in their store like other places, and it has been a problem for many, for a long time. Ask for a refund or for an Alien Isolation that can be redeemed in your region.

I am not sure how this going to work, they just handing out another key (like they know this is used key or not) but i will try that.

There is region lock for a reason, we are not smarter from them...

1-It's against steam TOS
2-If he managed to activate the game once he try to download,install or play it'll give him an error.
