Democracy 3 or wait for 4

So I ran into this game recently and I saw this game and it looks like it could be fun. I missed the bundle but I may try to get it.
This game has been around for a few years so I thought to ask if "there will be a Democracy 4 coming out at all or anytime soon" and a developer responded with just a simple... "Yup". So now I'm not sure what to think. I have no idea if it is anywhere near finishing or not.

So I came to steamgifts to see what you guys think I should do. Do I wait for fourth or get the third?

It's a really nice game, but I'd get it on huge discount - recent HB price was good. -75% minimum.

There has been no announcement for Democracy 4, afaik. You can't really expect cliffski to reveal such a news just for a random question. ;)
Did you try to trade? I would imagine that a reasonable price of 5€ or less for the Collector's Edition should still be possible.

I got Democracy 3 with the DLCs from HB, i have about 8 hours on it. The game starts to be repetivie, boring and mostly, when you find the key how to make people happy you can win almost anything. I had fun for sure, i just think its not worth the money.
