Uwe Boll is butthurt

Every time I see his name, I recall this quote of his: "I got in contact with Paul Sams of Blizzard, and he said, 'We will not sell the movie rights, not to you... especially not to you." and I chuckle. I mean, he practically got told that his movies suck and he is a failure as a director, so much that any sane company would never fund a project of his, what made him think that he would get crowdfunded when he has no fans makes me wonder about his own sanity and his reaction increases my worries.

Wait wait wait, if we don't give him our money how will we see a POSTAL sequel??

What about the amazing BloodRayne series?!?!

Sigh...the youth of the world will never know just how bad video game movies used to be...they're all going to think that everything is like The Avengers. Nobody will remember the films we had to suffer through to get here!

I've made a few of my girls sit and suffer watching 2 of his films, 'alone in the dark' and 'house of the dead.' Total awfulnesss, Cheese would be considered too good of a term to label his stuffs

Entertaining vid. As long as he isn't allowed to crap over any franchises with his attempts at movies I'm happy.
That being said: I'm also glad he exists. Good example of what not to do :)

Uwe Boll is a complete and total dick. The only reason he makes movies is because filthy rich businessmen from Germany finance his movies just to get big tax deductions from the government, as there's a law that states this if you invest in art. He obviously takes a great deal of this money for himself and then makes the movies on shoe-string budget. He's well aware of how awful and atrocious his movies are, unlike some other directors who actually think they're profound and insightful, even though they're making garbage (M. Knight Shyamalan), yet he keeps defending them in the ultimate exercise of hypocrisy, going so far as to fight the movies critics that bashed his films in the boxing ring...and kicking the crap out of them.

John Waters was, and will always be that. His transgessive stuff was just magnificent, and it was all intentional and clever. Boll is a joke nobody laughs at. Let's not declare him the king of anything now...

Good riddance. I normally don't mind people making bad movies. But the fact that he focused so much in videogame ones just brings m ypiss to a boil. He gimes videogames and videogame movies a bad name D: But no more. NO MOOOOOAR

Uwe Boll, hoooooo boy, that takes me back. He butchered so many good game franchises it makes me cry ;(. I have a reccuring dream where I see Blood Rayne played by Kate Beckinsale in sexy leather outfit shooting dual shotguns in slow motion with thermal vision flying towards a nazi soldier just to suck him out of blood. God damn you Len Wiseman for not picking this and Uwe Boll - I hope you rot in ninth circle of hell for what you did ;(

The only thing I know about him is that he makes pretty bad videogame based movies, so I'm not that surprised :P

He's doing it to get some attention (and it works), he knows people love to hate him.
I just hope his campaign will fail but I have to admit that Rampage (I've only seen the first one) was probably his best movie.

My opinion of crowdfunding has actually gone up.

I've never seen an Uwe Boll movie.. It doesn't sound like I missed out.
