OK, didn't know that, will do.
EDIT: about the "I", that's what I get while writing angry :)

Glad I got in before it got locked though, thanks for the key. Dude wasn't the only one, the spammers were practically hitting each other in the butt with the revolving door.
It was a fake pharmacy at one point, and voide.us at another, and I don't even know what that is.

I just wished google spreadsheet had an option to lock a single column :( If anyone has better idea how to give away massive amount of keys for future giveaways without having to mail 800 people one by one, speak up.

Like... maybe a custom page that's just a list of keys with a "taken" button next to them.
Nothing would prevent someone from just marking everything taken though, and if you say to the Internet, "free keys for video games here", the page will almost certainly blow up.

There's no good way to to this, someone would just come and untick all "taken" buttons and people would still need to copy paste until tomorrow to find a key. :(

One possibility might be to replace the list of keys with a key-dispensing server-side script. That is, a user would request a key, get one that hasn't been sent yet, and have that then marked as sent. The difficulty here would be how to limit it to one per user. Logging the IP address or sending it by e-mail and logging that address would work for honest users, but both could also be bypassed by people who want extra keys to trade away (a problem the list of keys avoids).

Now, now, don't blame the whole country. I'm sure there are plenty of awesome Russians.

Cool it. The actions of one do not equal the actions of the whole. If they did, we'd all think Estonians are ignorant douchebags thanks to you.

I hope it didn't take you 2 hours of copy-pasting :)

Take it up with the mods if you feel the need to, but don't call out members in public.

The fact he gave away 80 dollars of games and behaves like this shocked me.

Let him have it, traffic to his site doesn't hurt me unless he steals traffic to my site and redirects it to his, like he did yesterday.

Unfortunately this is prevalent in any internet forum where anyone can hide behind their computers and cause grief to others. You can only hope to find the few genuine people and move on while ignoring the griefers. I hope your giveaway was a success and also that actions of certain griefers doesn't put you out from doing good and bringing smiles to the ones that count.

Hi guys it's NippleThief from IndieGameBundles.
As you know we're hosting a 1000 games giveaway on our site,
yesterday and the day before yesterday we opened a Google spreadsheet anyone can edit with 800 Break Block keys,
then one of members here deleted the "www.indiegamebundles.com" from the spreadsheet and wrote "Sponsored by www.ultravix.com - Steam games from Russia!"
When I deleted his false advertising, he wrote it again, then again, then deleted all the keys and comments from the sheet, and I was forced to lock it and make people copy paste keys like idiots until they find one that works.
He is a liar and a thief that undermined and stole my work with the site, the giveaway and with the indie devs that generously gave me the keys for a giveaway and pretended it was HIS to push traffic to his site.
So, there you go.
I just wanted you to know what kind of person is among us.
