So, after getting suggestions and doing some researchs and checking prices and bla bla bla I've reached to a spec that i'd wish to share with you guys to check how it is, and if you guys suggest a upgrade of something on it, i'm accepting everything except AMD :)

Why not get the new i7 6700k ? And the board with ddr4 support ?.. I can definitely see the budget is not a concern here...
And why would you need a 1200w PS for only 1 card ? even a 1000 would make it for 2 980Ti

I'd wanted to save the 1200w for the future if I need add or change something, and in case of the i7 6700k I don't see a NEED for it right now.

And the PS... Well if your planing to add 3 more cards and a 5+ hdd storadge then you have a point...

+1 1200W, you have to have a hell of a lot of money to ever take advantage of 1200W. Even for having 2x 980 Ti's all what you need is a 1000W PSU. And if you have a loooot of money, then even 2x GTX Titan X's only need 1050W.
