Multiple entries for one GA

I am sure I am not the first one to suggest/ask about this, and I apologize if I am opening a new topic if a similar one exists (I couldn't find one), but I was wondering wouldn't it be a good idea to allow multiple entries for one GA?
This would allow people's chances, of getting the one game they really want, being better and, I believe, diminish random entries for games they are not really interested in.

you're right, this has been suggested before, and the answer was alsways no.

reason: same chances for everyone who enters. thus only 1 entry per user.

How about if it was up to the creator of the giveaway whether or not to make it that type?

But why since it must be clear that not everyone wants the game the same, so why not give the ones who really want it a chance to up their chances?
I doubt that those who are just randomly entering would be willing to spend all of their points on one game entry while others would gladly do it to improve their odds.
