A Cyberbully problemo.

'ello.

To cut it short I know a guy who:

• Harrasses people, been harrasing them for 4 years, and goes on for months straight

• Uses several proxies to evade bans

• Exploits personal information and uses it to humiliate people

• Invades private info, has "fun" with it

• Vandal, social bully, death threats, rape threats and the latter.

So, basically I know a gigantic d*ck.

This person has been a problem to many people around websites so I'm askin' for:

Any way to successfully report a cyberbully by the means of law as this guy is located OUTSIDE the United States and have the situation dealt with
