Its odd that the tier I own the most games is in tier 3 so its a tier 2 for me. Most of the unbundled games are in tier 2 which is a refreshing change so I can save some money.

Thought it might be worth mentioning that the od Devil's Dare includes Streets of Red in the purchase but not the other way around so for anyone wanting both versions you may want to hold off o activating that one.

No, it worked perfectly and I like the game. They somehow gave it away for some time on Nintendo Switch, that made them separate a "big" update to charge it, (at least to the ones who got it for free).
On PC the game has no official DLC because that content is included as an update. This update provides a fourth character, some more items and the possibility to play with a second player. The second player can't be harmed and just accompanies the protagonist hurting his or her enemies.

I will see what their support ninjas have to say about this. I had some key issues with them in the past but it is/was mostly about keys not being available or bundles where many people reported problems with a specific game but never just a single random thing like that.
