Trying to buy something on Amazon

Had this once before. Took a couple of hours to "resolve", only to find out that the order didn't go through and I had to retry. It worked the second time, even though nothing was changed. Go figure...

I created new account, tried to buy one game, entered my credit card, but after payment waiting, I am unable to login to account (bad mail or password, I tried change pass but still) if I want to view orders or other preferences. What is that? I also do not know if my payment request goes through
