Problems making giveaways

I was just trying to make a giveaway and over 5 times, I would click create giveaway and then steamgifts would go down. I had to redo everything 5 times until it finally didnt go down upon completion. Anyone else having issues?

Yep, SG keeps on refusing to open pages for me, and keeps on just ignoring my attempt to send comments. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I'VE TYPED THIS!
