Edit: I finally finished the game. It wasn't actually an evil witch like the description said, but a sorceress who got angry with the vampire king and turned everyone at the party to stone.

Not much to choose from for this months theme but found 3 that will work, all horror themed. So this month will be 1 or more of Phantasmagoria 2, Bloodrayne Betrayal and Clive Barker's Jericho

I manage to do a decent job last time, but gonna do baby steps and not tempt fate.

How to Survive, because it reminds me how *someone* has to survive the whole autumn knowing that they are the same age as me! (also because of this autumn is the best season :P )

note: killing floor don't have a real single player campaign, the game is a multyplayer game... but the server are empty (i have tried 3 times). However, you can see here http://steamcommunity.com/id/Gia_P11/screenshots/ that I got a screenshot of the very last scene, that the trophy room has the "complete game" (the golden book above the armchair) colored in and not grayed out and also that, although it says that I got 0 out of 100 coins in the extra content HOS, it shows a best time for that HOS, because I actually solved it (yep, it took me more that 20 minutes :-( ).

a) Okay guys, I tried, I really did. But after 1 hour playing I'm done with it. The game is terrible - Period. Atrocious gameplay, insane difficulty, Hit detection that doesn't work... A good example of a game that shouldn't be on Steam...

I know it's a bit late to join this, but I want to try it. I had no time to start new games in these first 10 days of the month, and I'm not sure I'm going to have much time the rest of the month, but I'll try to finish at least a couple of these.

What would you pick for me? All games are more or less close to horror theme or have some spookiness.

Awesome game but I strongly recommend playing with a controller if you have one. It just feels a whole let better with one than without.

I can confirm that zombies are probably the most common enemies in Apocalypse Weekend. I personally would suggest that you must complete that part as well. :)

Gauntlet is spooky just like Halloween, Torchlight II has torches to stay safe and visible trick or treating, The Long Dark is basically October, Thief is fitting because you don't want people to steal your candies, Bad Rats has the same amount of letters as October, Gremlins is the best costume, The Cave (see gauntlet), Styx is a master of shadows so he'd be the best trick or treater, unwritten tales just like the tales of october '17 aren't written yet, call of duty because it's your duty to trick or treat, shadwen is stealthy just like halloween candy thieves, epistory because halloween makes the best stories, vikings because they are an NFL team and will play in october, dream because we always dream of candies all year until november 1st when we can buy all of them at 75% off.
