I've sent a Dota 2 invite to my friend via email. He immediately made a Steam account after that.

The problem is the game is not accessible through the game library. The store page shows he owns the game. Clicked on "Play Now" button but nothing happens. The game is not in his inventory too. My Steam community feeds also shows that my friend now owns Dota 2.

Pretty sure he has never set a foot in China. Tried restarting Steam but nothings happen.

I doubt that he will go through all the trouble making a support account and all that ticket stuff and just stick to the old dota. =3=
