Nah. Actually some of us (in russia) believe that this site is a huge scam. Partly because of the system where the guy who gifts the game gives it to admins, and then admins give it to the winner.

I wrote using cyryllic on their forums, and it took me 2 forums posts there to get this reply from admin. There was no condition of actually being Russian to join the site. Nothing can be done about it and I give up after such reply from admin, so just avoid this site for future.

Bah. Getting to the site was not so easy, had to get invite. I speak russian, that's not a problem for me - I learned it 5 years in school. Just the answer from admin was outrageous.
